Returns & Refunds Policy
When you shop at MoriRoots, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for physical products within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. You must also provide a valid order number.
Certain items are non-returnable, including supplements that have been opened or unsealed, gift cards, items marked as "Final Sale," and orders paid fully with Store Credit (unless defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@moriroots.com. Do not send items back until you have received authorization and instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item is confirmed to be unopened and in original condition, a refund will be processed. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds cover the cost of the product only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. You must contact us at support@moriroots.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You generally do not need to return broken glass or damaged products.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, the order is processed and can no longer be changed. You will need to wait for delivery and initiate a standard return.
6. International Orders and Failed Deliveries
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, or failure to claim the package, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
7. Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving issues directly and amicably.
8. Policy Updates
MoriRoots reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
